Questions About Jewelry

Most of my jewelry is made with raw brass or gold-plated metals. Over time, brass may oxidize or gold plating may wear off. To prevent tarnishing, please practice proper jewelry care by minimizing contact with liquids and chemicals and storing your jewelry on a hanging display when not in use. 
I also offer the option to upgrade your ear wires to gold filled metal! Simply add this product to you cart.

Gold plated jewelry has a minuscule layer of gold over a base metal like brass. This layer of gold is very thin, and will wear off over time. On the other hand, gold filled jewelry has a much thicker layer of gold coating over the base metal and can last a lifetime if properly cared for. No, we do not do custom orders right now. However, we are open to switching out the crystals for existing designs. Please email us at to inquire!

I am so sorry that this happened! If your jewelry came broken (ie: cracked in the mail) or it broke within 1 month of use, I will gladly replace the piece at no cost to you.

Questions About Order Fullfillment Timelines & Shipping

I am a one-woman small business with another day job (two, in fact!), but I do my best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible while still maintaining a high quality of work. Please allow between 7-21 business days to receive your shipment. Some items, such as bracelets and rings, are made to order and may require longer production times. If your order will take a significant amount of time, this will be communicated to you via email.
